EZPick Platform User Security Information Specifications​

1 Information Content Standards

1.1 The term "Information Content" in this section refers to any content created, reproduced, published, or disseminated by users through the software and services, including but not limited to:

  • Registration information such as avatars, names, user descriptions, and profiles of EZPick accounts or functional accounts;
  • Texts, shares, images, videos, emojis, and their linked pages;
  • Any other content generated through the use of EZPick accounts, functional accounts, or the software and services.

1.2 You understand and agree that EZPick is committed to fostering a civilized, healthy, and well-regulated online environment. You shall not use EZPick accounts, functional accounts, or the software and services to create, reproduce, publish, or disseminate content that disrupts the normal operation of EZPick or infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of other users and third parties, including but not limited to:

Content violating national laws and regulations:
  • (1) Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
  • (2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
  • (3) Harming national honor and interests;
  • (4) Distorting, vilifying, desecrating, or negating the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, or infringing upon their names, portraits, reputations, or honors through insult or defamation;
  • (5) Promoting terrorism, extremism, or inciting terrorist or extremist activities;
  • (23) Failing to comply with the "Seven Fundamental Principles" (socialist system, national interests, public order, etc.) under the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Public Information Services of Instant Messaging Tools;
  • (24) Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
1.2.2
Infringing content		 Content infringing upon lawful rights such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, or trade secrets;

Privacy-violating content		 Content involving others' privacy, personal information, or data;
1.2.4
Harassing content		 Harassing messages, advertisements, excessive marketing, spam, or content with sexual implications;

Other non-compliant content		 Information violating laws, regulations, public order, social morality, disrupting EZPick operations, or infringing upon rights of other users/third parties.

2 Software Usage Standards

2.1 Unless permitted by law or with EZPick's written authorization, you shall not engage in the following during software use:

  • 2.1.1 Remove copyright information from the software and its copies;
  • 2.1.2 Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code;
  • 2.1.3 Use, lease, lend, copy, modify, link, republish, assemble, mirror, or create derivative works from EZPick's intellectual property;
  • 2.1.4 Copy, modify, add/delete, or hook data from software runtime memory, client-server interactions, or system operations, or create derivatives via unauthorized plugins/tools;
  • 2.1.5 Modify/falsify software commands/data to alter functions/effects, or operate/disseminate tools for such purposes;
  • 2.1.6–2.1.8 Use non-EZPick tools to access services, or develop/distribute such tools.

2.2 You understand and agree that EZPick may suspend/terminate services based on:

  • Violations of laws or this agreement;
  • Security risks;
  • Functional overlap causing user confusion with EZPick's core services.

3 Service Operation Standards

Unless permitted by law or with EZPick's written authorization, you shall not:

  • 3.1 Submit false information or impersonate others;
  • 3.2 Induce clicks/shares;
  • 3.3 Mislead through factual misrepresentation;
  • 3.4 Infringe upon lawful rights (reputation, IP, etc.);
  • 3.5 Conduct unauthorized promotions via EZPick accounts;
  • 3.6–3.8 Engage in illegal activities or disrupt services.

4 Responsibility for Your Actions

You fully understand and agree that you are solely responsible for all actions under your account, including:

  • All published content, comments, likes, and recommendations;
  • Risks arising from reliance on content accuracy/completeness;
  • EZPick assumes no liability for losses caused by such risks.

5 Breach Handling

  • 5.1 EZPick may, without notice:
    • Delete/block content;
    • Impose penalties (warnings, function restrictions, account bans);
  • 5.2 EZPick may cooperate with legal authorities and report violations;
  • 5.3 You shall indemnify EZPick for losses caused by your breach.

Intellectual Property Statement

  1. Ownership: All IP rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets) in the software belong to EZPick.
  2. Restrictions: No commercial/non-commercial use without written consent.
  3. User Content:
    • IP rights in your uploaded content remain yours;
    • EZPick may use public non-confidential content for service purposes.
