Preamble

[Pre-registration Notice] Before clicking "Agree to Register", carefully read and fully understand this agreement. Pay special attention to:
1. Clauses regarding exemption or limitation of our liability;
2. Clauses specifying applicable laws and dispute resolution venues;
3. Other important notices and terms closely related to our services.
[Special Notice] The EZPick User Registration Agreement consists of the EZPick Platform Master Service Agreement and the Legal Notice & Privacy Policy. By completing registration steps including information submission and agreement confirmation, you irrevocably accept all terms. Disputes related to platform services shall be resolved under the EZPick Platform Master Service Agreement. If you disagree with any terms, immediately terminate registration.

The EZPick Platform Master Service Agreement includes:

EZPick Platform Master Service Agreement

I. User Confirmation and Acceptance

EZPick owns and operates all electronic services on this platform. Users must fully understand and accept all terms, then complete registration to obtain formal membership. Clicking "Agree" constitutes:

(a) Possession of legal capacity to accept and use services (including purchasing agent services);

(b) Voluntary assumption of all legal liabilities arising from service usage.

These terms form a legally binding contract effective upon user acceptance.

II. Platform Specific Service Terms

International Shipping & Purchasing Agent Policies

1. Purchasing Agent & Parcel Forwarding Services

Purchasing Agent: EZPick buys specified goods from third-party merchants at your request (excluding certain website items).

Forwarding: EZPick provides international shipping. Risks include customs confiscation, delays/damage/loss. Compensation follows platform rules. You must acknowledge and evaluate these risks.

III. International Logistics Shipping Restrictions

Goods purchased in China must comply with PRC export laws. Certain items face higher confiscation risks under destination countries' customs policies. You must understand and confirm this.

Customs inspections are random. If your parcel draws attention (e.g., large size/heavy weight/sensitive contents), customs may contact you for invoices or clearance documents.

V. Agreement Amendments and User Duty to Monitor Updates

  1. To improve services and align with business development, we may update this policy. We won't reduce your rights under current policy without explicit consent. Updates will be published on EZPick website/app with advance notices.
  2. For major changes, we will provide prominent notifications (e.g., email/SMS/special prompts explaining policy changes).

Major changes include but are not limited to:

  1. Significant service model adjustments (e.g., changes in purpose/categories/usage of personal information processing);
  2. Major ownership/organizational changes (e.g., ownership transfer due restructuring/bankruptcy/M&A);

VI. 1688 Purchasing Agent Service Rules

This service assists your purchases from 1688 sellers. EZPick bears no responsibility for 1688 product quality. We don't provide precise inventory checks, only limited spot inspections and after-sales support. You assume all risks. For higher assurance, use EZPick paid expert services.
