Parcel Receiving and Inspection Rules

Ensuring cross-border transportation safety and clarifying inspection responsibilities

Parcel Receiving Instructions

a) Receiving Inspection

When receiving parcels, if the outer packaging shows severe damage, deformation, or water immersion that does not meet receiving requirements, it will be directly rejected or returned.

b) Warehouse Processing Flow

  • After receiving parcels, the warehouse will open packages to inspect prohibited items (such as flammable liquids, controlled knives, etc.)
  • Processing based on whether "Inspection Verification" service is selected:
    • Selected: Conduct inspection, take photos, weigh, and store
    • Not selected: Store directly with original packaging

c) Handling Non-compliant Items

If items containing liquids, batteries, or magnetic materials and other prohibited items are found, the system will notify you through order messages. Please negotiate returns with the seller promptly.

d) Logistics Tracking Guidance

If no receiving or storage information is shown after 5 days of domestic shipping:
1. Contact domestic logistics company to verify tracking number
2. Confirm shipping status through shopping platform customer service
3. Provide logistics evidence to the transit platform for appeal

Inspection Rules for Non-1688 Products

Default Rule: Only open packages to inspect prohibited items, no inspection verification or photos provided. To verify product details, please select "Inspection Verification" service when submitting orders and choose unpacking method.

a) Unpacking Inspection

  • Open non-sealed packaging for full inspection
  • Verify style/quantity/color/size/model
  • Check main LOGO defects (diameter >0.5cm)
  • Appearance stain/dyeing/scratch detection (length >1cm)

📸 Provide 3 standard inspection photos (including outer packaging, product panorama, defect close-up)

b) Non-unpacking Inspection

  • Only check outer packaging integrity
  • Verify consistency between shipping label and order information
  • Do not confirm internal product status

⚠️ Risks of wrong shipment/damage are borne by yourself

! Special Product Inspection Restrictions

Sealed Packaging Products

Products with sealing labels/strips (non-clothing/bags/shoes) will not be opened for inspection. Accuracy is judged only by outer packaging.

Electrical and Digital Products

No power-on detection by default. If power-on inspection is needed: Purchase 【3C Appliance Power-on Inspection】 service in "My Warehouse" after storage

Excluded Inspection Scope

  • Subjective quality differences (e.g., fabric feel)
  • Usage effect issues (color difference, size error ±2cm)
  • Non-main LOGO printing defects
  • Product packaging box appearance scratches

1688 Product Order Inspection Rules

1688 products apply to "Cross-border Transaction Dispute Handling Specification":

  • Dispute handling can be applied before goods reach domestic warehouse
  • Provide shipping/receiving proof if damage is found upon receipt
  • Quality issue refunds covered by platform special funds
