1 Order Cancellation Rules

Cases Eligible for Free Cancellation
- Unpaid orders: Can be canceled manually at any time
- Paid but not purchased:
- Domestic purchasing: Can be canceled within 2 hours after payment
- Overseas purchasing: Can be canceled within 30 minutes after payment (due to exchange rate settlement)

- Purchaser has placed order with seller (page shows "Purchasing" status)
- Customized/pre-sale items (product page marked "Cancellation not supported")

- Subjective reasons (dislike/color difference/size mismatch)
- Sealed packaging products that have been opened (affecting resale)
3 Special Goods Handling
1. Luxury Goods/3C Appliances
- Brand authentication report required (e.g., CCIC report)
- 10% depreciation fee for returns
2. 1688 Wholesale Goods
- Entire order must be returned (partial returns not accepted)
- User bears 15-30% return shipping fee charged by seller
