Special Policy for Purchasing Orders

1 Order Cancellation Rules

Cases Eligible for Free Cancellation

  • Unpaid orders: Can be canceled manually at any time
  • Paid but not purchased:
    • Domestic purchasing: Can be canceled within 2 hours after payment
    • Overseas purchasing: Can be canceled within 30 minutes after payment (due to exchange rate settlement)

Non-cancellable Cases

  • Purchaser has placed order with seller (page shows "Purchasing" status)
  • Customized/pre-sale items (product page marked "Cancellation not supported")

For urgent cancellations, contact customer service immediately. We will attempt to intercept the order (success rate approximately 70%)

  • Items marked "No return/exchange" on purchasing page (e.g., fresh goods, underwear)
  • Subjective reasons (dislike/color difference/size mismatch)
  • Sealed packaging products that have been opened (affecting resale)

3 Special Goods Handling

1. Luxury Goods/3C Appliances

  • Brand authentication report required (e.g., CCIC report)
  • 10% depreciation fee for returns

2. 1688 Wholesale Goods

  • Entire order must be returned (partial returns not accepted)
  • User bears 15-30% return shipping fee charged by seller
