Service Nature and Risk Disclosure Terms

I Service Nature Declaration

This platform solely provides purchasing matching services, acting as an intermediary between buyers (users) and sellers (overseas merchants). We do not directly participate in commodity production, inventory management, or international logistics.

The price, quality, and after-sales service of purchased goods are the direct responsibilities of overseas merchants. This platform makes no guarantees regarding product authenticity or functionality.

II User Responsibilities and Risk Disclosure

3Customs Risk

  • Users shall bear risks including but not limited to:
    • Additional taxes/fines due to discrepancies between declared and actual value
    • Confiscation of prohibited items (e.g., endangered species products, infringing goods)
  • Platform-provided tariff estimates are for reference only. Actual fees subject to customs determination.
4Product Differences
  • Overseas goods may differ in version, packaging, or instructions (e.g., voltage standards, ingredient lists). The platform assumes no liability for returns/exchanges due to such differences.
  • Food/health products are not substitutes for medicine. Users must confirm applicability.

5Logistics Risk

  • International shipping may involve delays, loss, or damage. Platform assistance for claims is limited to carrier terms (typically ≤3x shipping cost).
  • Users must purchase insurance for sensitive goods (liquids/battery-containing products).

III Platform Disclaimer

Circumstances of Non-Liability:

  • False advertising, price hikes, or order cancellations by overseas merchants
  • Payment discrepancies due to exchange rate fluctuations
  • Delays caused by user failure to provide customs documents (e.g., ID copies)

Force Majeure:

Order cancellations due to war, natural disasters, or international policy changes (e.g., sudden tariff increases)

IV Dispute Resolution

User-merchant disputes shall prioritize negotiation. Platform may provide transaction records as evidence.

Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

Sensitive Goods

Essential oils, care liquids, batteries, etc. will be removed to ensure normal delivery.

Customs Policy

Liquids/powders, battery-containing goods, food/drugs may face customs restrictions. Platform assumes no clearance responsibility.

No Professional Inspection

Electronics, branded goods, tickets, etc. receive only appearance checks. Functional testing unavailable.

Declaration: EZPick strictly prohibits counterfeit purchases. Such orders will be rejected.

Fragile Goods

Ceramics/glass guaranteed pre-shipment only. Transport damage borne by user if deemed fragile.

Custom Goods

Require user-merchant negotiation. Losses due to unverifiable specifications borne by user.

Deposit Orders

Non-cancellable. Users must complete payments. Deposits forfeited if overdue.

Low-Seller Reputation

Select shops with ≥3-heart ratings and deposits. Low-reputation shop risks borne by user.

CD/Figure Goods

Sealed packaging unopened for inspection. Internal risks borne by user.
