Storage Duration and Free Policy

Note 1: Abnormal packages refer to those signed for before order completion or with incomplete logistics information. Since they cannot be matched to users, no pre-expiry reminder is sent.

Storage Fee Calculation Rules (Within 180 days)
1. Fee Standards
- Applicable Scenario: When storage duration is 90 days ≤ duration < 180 days
- Rate: 0.1 yuan/U/day (U = Unit of product measurement, 1 minimal product unit = 1U)
- Billing Method: Automatically calculated upon shipping request submission

Storage Fee = (Actual Storage Days - 90) × 0.1 × Number of Units
2. Case Explanation
Scenario:
2 units stored for 100 days before shipping request
Calculation:
(100 - 90) × 0.1 × 2 = 2 yuan

Extended Storage Service
1. Service Highlights

2. Total Storage Period Calculation After Extension
Total Storage Period After Extension = 180 days + Months Purchased × 30 days
3. Use Case Scenario
Scenario:
Items approaching 180-day limit require consolidation with other items
Case:
- 1 unit stored for 120 days (60 days remaining) with 2-month extension purchased
- Result: Remaining period becomes 60 days + 2×30 days = 120 days

- Submit shipping requests promptly, use extension service for consolidation, avoid destruction losses
