Return Operation Process (Case-based Handling)

Case 1: Goods Not Shipped Overseas (Still in EZPick Warehouse)

  1. Contact Original Seller:

    Apply for return authorization from the original purchase platform to obtain a return label

  2. Submit EZPick Return Request:

    Log in to EZPick account → Select corresponding package → Click "Apply for Return" → Upload return authorization proof

  3. Pay Return Fees:

    Bear return handling fee (¥2-5/order) and domestic/international return shipping fee (calculated based on seller's address)

  4. Warehouse Processes Return:

    EZPick warehouse repackages and ships back to seller, tracking number synchronized to account

Case 2: Goods Already Shipped Overseas

Contact Original Seller for Negotiation:

Some sellers support local overseas returns (need to ship to their overseas warehouse), otherwise need to ship back to China with high shipping costs and possible taxation

Return to China via EZPick:

  • Need to pay international return shipping + China import duties (declared as returned goods)
  • Complex operation with long cycle (approx. 4-8 weeks), recommended only for high-value goods

Time Limits and Restrictions

1. Time Limits

  • Warehouse Processing:1-3 working days
  • Refund Period:7-14 days after seller receives return (excluding international shipping time)

2. Product Condition Requirements

Must maintain original packaging and intact labels, otherwise seller may reject

3. Documentation Requirements

Need to provide original order number, return authorization letter, product issue photos/videos
