1 Standard Inspection and Photography Rules for Purchasing Orders

Standard inspection service covers prohibited item screening and verification of product appearance including style, quantity, color, size, model, damage and defects. We provide 3 standard inspection photos during inspection. After inspection, goods will be repackaged in original packaging (Note: original packaging may not be fully restored).

1.1Open Original Packaging for Inspection & Photography

For non-sealed packaging goods when this option is selected:

Verify product style, quantity, color, size, model
Check for major defects or missing logos on front/back
Confirm damage and visible defects (stains, discoloration, scratches, snags, dents, etc.)
Defect criteria: Round defects ≥0.5cm diameter, other defects ≥1cm length

Provide 3 standard photos after inspection (View photography standards)

1.2Non-Open Packaging Inspection & Photography

Verification based solely on external packaging. Cannot verify:

Actual product style, quantity, color, size, model
Potential quality issues (internal defects, missing accessories, etc.)

Associated risks borne by user

(a) Special Order Inspection Rules

For 1-yuan auctions/lucky bags/fake product links:

Send photos for user confirmation
Check severe damage/stains/discoloration/defects

(b) Sealed Packaging Goods

All sealed packaging or goods with sealing labels:

Only check external packaging integrity
No unpacking inspection or photography

(c) Electronics & Digital Products

Only appearance check. Excludes:

Authenticity verification
Functionality testing
Power-on check (requires value-added service)

(d) Non-Covered Scenarios

Defects declared by sellers
Subjective quality differences
Actual usage effects (e.g., color difference)

(e) Undergarments Inspection

Selecting "open packaging" will unpack. Choose "non-open" option if concerned

(f) Purchasing Order Service

Default removal of delivery notes and invoices

(g) Figure Goods Inspection

Non-sealed packaging: Normal unboxing
Sealed packaging/sealing labels: No unboxing
Groove-embedded types: Visual inspection only

(h) Free Gift Verification

Homepage-specified gifts: Verify arrival
Unspecified gifts: No verification
All gifts shipped with main product

2 1688 Product Inspection Rules

Classified as Category A and Category B based on 1688 product types:

Category A Goods

Standard inspection uses sampling method
For goods with "7-day exchange" guarantee labels

Category B Goods

Default no inspection required
Require purchasing sampling service via remarks
For goods without guarantee labels

3 Special Integrity Standards Reference Table

Goods failing to meet below standards cannot apply for no-reason returns:

Cosmetics/Skincare	Disposable sealed packaging unopened

DSLR Cameras	Shutter count ≤20 times
Large Appliances	1. TVs/AC: Allow power-on test, no wall installation 2. Washing machines: No water use test
Model Figures/Anime Goods	Inner packaging seals cannot be removed
Pet Food/Health Products	Outer packaging seals unbroken
Books/Magazines	1. Sealed packaging unopened 2. No creases/stains/water damage

Sealed Packaging Definition: Outer packaging sealed by manufacturer with tape/stickers or fully plastic-sealed. Applies to special goods like food, cosmetics, medical devices.
